By putting the patient at the center of the accompaniment strategy, the educator, the nurse, and the social worker have all the information and tools they need, such as medical monitoring, alerts, a daily journal, medication, life projects, planning, and evaluations.
By sharing information between the social and administrative staff, the ERP platform ProConcept Institutions removes redundant and time-consuming data entry over several systems, and has proven itself in foundations actively working to reinsert persons suffering from addictions; support the mentally or physically disabled; and manage those in need at sheltered workshops.
